Pro Innovation Inc. requires a person to fill the position of Application Developer. The Application Developer will develop software applications using Agile methodologies to produce high quality software models. 
 
Duties and responsibilities of the position include:
 
• Use proprietary ONE-LNI user interface (UI) framework to develop UI for Washington State Department of Labor & Industries software applications;
• Use advanced knowledge of .Net-based tools for data management and reporting; 
• Adhere to software design and UI standards and coding practices at the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries, and leverage existing common services and DLL services; 
• Create single-page application (SPA) structure with multiple modules using Angular JS; 
• Build custom directives and services; and
• Develop a responsive and professional UI using Angular Material, HTML5, and CSS3. 
 
Minimum Requirements 
Education: A bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign degree equivalent) in computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related field. 
Experience: Five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a computer science or computer engineering occupation. 
 
Skills/Special Requirements Experience must include the following: 
Five years of experience with: 
o C#; 
o ASP.Net; o Visual Studio;
o WCF; 
o Entity Framework;
o WEBAPI; 
o Webservices; 
o ADO.Net; 
o MVC; 
o Team Foundation Server (TFS); 
o Aspose; 
o Dynatrace;
o One LNI UI framework (specific to Labor & Industries framework). 
 
Basic pay is sixty-seven dollars hourly for full-time employment and standard company benefits.
